The Food Shelf serves an average of 300 families each month who reside within the Stillwater School District. About 50% of the individuals served each month are children, 20% are elderly, 10% are physically or mentally challenged, and the rest are adults who are often working more than one job but who are unable to make ends meet. To be eligible for food assistance, residents must show proof identification and proof of residence. Assistance is limited to one visit per month.
Hours of operation
The Food Shelf is currently open to serve clients and accept donations during the following hours:
Monday: 10 am - 12 pm and 6 pm - 8 pm
Wednesday: 10 am - 12 pm
Thursday: 6 pm - 8 pm
Friday: 10 am - 12 pm
How to contribute or volunteer at the Food Shelf.
The Food Shelf operates with the support of volunteers who sort and stock donations, and assist clients when they come to select food.

The Food Shelf is located at 1911 Curve Crest Blvd. W. in the building with blue and white awnings, next door to The Gazette.
